Getting started
About fifteen minutes from signing up to your first numbers.
Before you start

- The names of your programmes, and the other names people use for them (“LC” for Legal Clinic).
- The names of your staff and regular volunteers, so they are never counted as people served.
- An account that can already open those records.
Nothing changes for your volunteers.

Your first report
In Reports, press New report. Choose the period and the programmes.
Choose the figures.
Write the story, or press Draft for me. The draft is written from the figures, never from your records.
Add photos and quotes you have consent to share.
Export the PDF. Its last page explains how each figure was counted.
